STAR Wars’ Rey star Daisy Ridley has slammed The Mandalorian fans for ‘cancel culture’ after brutal Baby Yoda backlash. The adorable little green creature has been a huge hit with viewers ever since his first appearance in season one of the Disney+ series. However, the second episode of season two saw some viewers turn against Baby Yoda after he ate some of the unfertilised eggs of Frog Lady as Mando tried to give her safe passage to another planet. The eggs were the last in its species line, and many viewers were furious the show appeared to be using Baby Yoda eating some of them as a joke. However Daisy, who played Rey in the latest Star Wars film trilogy, has now defended Baby Yoda and his actions. She told IGN with a chuckle: “Oh, cancel culture, Look, Mando’s gotta eat, Yoda’s got to get strong.
