There are so many cool cars out there! It’s hard to stay committed to one model when you want to try other things. The brown 2011 Avant certainly is a neat ride, but I can see how you may want to part with it before it becomes problematic. You mentioned getting something a bit different, and I think Hyundai’s nascent luxury division Genesis has your answer. … [Read more...] about I Have A Short Attention Span When It Comes To Cars! Tips for buying car insurance
As someone whose only car is a good 45 years old, I can tell you that using a classic as a daily is good at really very few things, but “getting complete strangers on your side” is one of the few. People hang out of windows to tell you their life story if you drive an old Volkswagen around, and generally anything cute and old puts you on the good foot off the rip. You get a lot of style if you buy old, and it reads as intentional in a way that you only get in new cars costing five or 10 times as much as an oldie. … [Read more...] about I Fly Private Jets And I Need A Car That Blends In With High Rollers For $30,000! Now that you’re done laughing about the number of Allroads by us, we live right in Auburn Hills, Michigan so I see E-trons and Allroads on a daily basis. Sooooooo.... here’s what we need. We’re looking for ideally another wagon that’s just as safe as our last few Allroads and will fit the usual stuff required for driving around a three year old. I’ve always been a bit of a sucker for half-broken but unique cars. My current car is a Saab 9-5 aero wagon with peeling paint and enough miles to begin worrying me. That replaced a BMW 5 series sports wagon with a 5 speed, that not only had a monthly payment but cost me twice it’s worth in repair costs. In any case, I love sporty wagons and hot hatchbacks, don’t mind a manual and I’m not afraid of classics and getting my hands dirty. … [Read more...] about I’m A Sucker For Half-Broken And Unique Cars!
